Case of Adult Sick

Hye again readers, Currently Im doing Clinical Postings at Muar Hospital , hospital that have bond with my medical school, Melaka Melaka Medical School.
Done with "Obstetric and Gynaecology" department and now striving with Medicine department, a department that always have my interest in. Internal Medicine highly requires you to be a complete doctor with a good set of skills and ability to co relate them with the knowledge vast  of pathology of human body. I dare not comment on other departments which deals on certain part of issues of human health. Internal Medicine definitely requires you to know all the systemic diseases involving adults and even children, example like cardiovascular, neurology , respiratory , urology, skin and muscle and of course gastrointestinal system. Do not forget , the skills to elicit the history from the patients and  to examine them, which will make you a basic medical officer. In addition, invesgations and managements are the crucial points which adds a value to your career points.
   As you walk around the Medicine ward , you are quite fortunate if you can meet conscious patients because most patients in the wards are old and in pain due to their illness. Talk to the conscious ones ,so they can get company to talk and mentally will be looking forward to return to their daily lives =).
