North-South Games 2012

Hello everyone,I would like share about North-South Games at my college which just met it's ending ceremony yesterday and I was one of the member of in charge of this event.It was an event organised by Malaysian Student Association of Manipal, India.This event conducted every year for all Malaysians who are studying in Manipal University. Manipal University has 15 colleges under it and all the Malaysians studying in them were welcomed to participate in this annual event.
It is called North-South Games because there were two contingents from North Malaysia and South Malaysia.So, who ever from North Malaysia becomes North contingent  members and those from South Malaysia becomes the South contingent members.
Malaysia comprises of 13 states and one 2 federal territory. The North- South differentiation were made from which state the Malaysian from.

All the games were held for a month.
The overall champion for the North-South Games 2012 was South.
It was a very happening event.
Hopefully the event will reach more exciting tune in North South Games 2013.
